• Patrick Pierra, President and CEO

  Founder of the BRANCHEZ-VOUS.com portal in 1995, Patrick Pierra is still at the helm of the company.

  Owing to his prior experience as a journalist and columnist specializing in media and advertising for Infopresse magazine and the Le Devoir daily newspaper, Mr. Pierra truly understands the finer points of the media industry. 
  
  A graduate of the /Institut d’études politiques (IEP) de Paris/, of the
  /Centre de formation des journalistes (CFJ) de Paris /and of the
  /Université de la Sorbonne-Nouvelle/, he completed in 2006 an Executive
  MBA at the /Université du Québec à Montréal/ and at the /Université
  Paris-Dauphine/.

• Robert Larocque, CFO 

  Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal with a MBA in accounting, Robert Larocque serves as the company’s part-time financial leader.  He also teaches accounting at the Cégep de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

• Sébastien Goulet, Vice-President, Sales

  With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communications specializing in advertising from Université Laval, Sébastien Goulet has been nurturing and developing the BRANCHEZ-VOUS! sales division since 1998.
  
  

Board of Directors

• André Bisson, Chairman of the Board

  Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at the Centre for Interuniversity Research and Analysis on Organizations (CIRANO), André Bisson serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.

  He has served on several boards including Power Financial, Donohue and Marconi Canada, and is still an officer at Air Transat.

  A MBA graduate from Harvard University, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Université de Montréal, where he was Chancellor.

• Philippe Brillant, Director

  Philipppe Brillant is a certified management accountant (CMA) and a HEC Montreal graduate. In 2007, he obtained an executive MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal and Université Paris-Dauphine. He is currently working as a financial resource management consultant for the City of Montreal water management service. He has also contributed to the development of the enterprise as a controller.

Martine Guimond, Director

Me Martine Guimond is a partner in the law firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson. She specializes in corporate finance with an emphasis on securities and mergers and acquisitions

• Jean Sanche, Director

  After having completed his studies at the HEC Montréal business school and the University of Western Ontario, Jean Sanche held the position of Sales Manager at the Journal de Montréal and Vice-President, Sales, at The Gazette and Radiomutuel.  He previously served as Vice-President, Sales.

• Harold Sharon, Director 

  Harold Sharon is the Director of International Investments at Lord Abbett & Co., a fund management company in Newark, New Jersey.
