BRANCHEZ-VOUS! increased its sales and earnings by over 25 % in 2007

The corporation's revenues were above $ 4.3 million in 2007, compared to slightly more than $ 3.4 million in 2006, or an increase of 26 %. "We continue benefiting from the growth of the Internet advertising market, says Patrick Pierra, CEO of BRANCHEZ-VOUS!. In 2008, even in a less rosy economic context, we can still count on growth."

Gross profit, corresponding to revenues net of royalties paid to publishers represented by BRANCHEZ-VOUS!, increased by 14%, from almost $ 2 million in 2006 to over $ 2.3 million in 2007. BRANCHEZ-VOUS! thus distributed over $ 2 million in 2007 to the sites it represents, several dozens of which are independent sites.

Net earnings was $ 350,000 in 2007, an increase of 28% compared to net earnings of $ 274,000 in 2006. Net profit margin remained stable at 8% of sales. Earnings per share also remained stable stable, at 1 cent.

BRANCHEZ-VOUS! now presents adujsted EBITDA, defined as Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, to which the corporation adds stock-based compensation, as this expense does not result in any use of operating cash flows by BRANCHEZ-VOUS!. In 2007, adjusted EBITDA was $ 455,000, to be compared to $ 323,000 in 2006 - an increase of 41%.

These results contributed to increasing BRANCHEZ-VOUS! shareholders' equity, from $ 1,462,000 as at December 31, 2006 to $ 1,875,000 as at December 31, 2007, or approximately 6 cents per share. Since the beginning of 2008, BRANCHEZ-VOUS! used part of its funds to acquire several web sites, including the entertainement site Showbizz.net and the sports site Fanatique.ca.

"We are executing our development plan which includes both organic growth and acquisitions", says André Bisson, Chairman of the Board of directors of BRANCHEZ-VOUS!. "Still without any long-term debt, we keep liquidity to benefit from acquisition or investment opportunities in our sector or, if need be, to buy back our shares."

In the fourth quarter of 2007, ended on December 31, 2007:
· BRANCHEZ-VOUS! revenues remained stable compared to both the fourth quarter of 2006 and the third quarter of 2007. This stability, compared to the annual growth, is due to the end of a representation agreement with Astral Media as at August 31, 2007;
· Net earnings decreased by 86% compared to the fourth quarter of 2006 but remained stable compared to the third quarter of 2007; and
· Adjusted EBITDA decreased by 72% compared to the fourth quarter of 2006 and increased by 22% compared to the third quarter of 2007.
