Montréal, June 1, 2007 -- BRANCHEZ-VOUS! (TSX Venture : BZV) announces that the agreement under which BRANCHEZ-VOUS! represents on an exclusive basis Astral Media Web sites to advertisers and ad agencies will not be renewed after August 31, 2007. «We thank Astral Media's teams for the trust they have put in us during the past few years», says Patrick Pierra, CEO of BRANCHEZ-VOUS!.The proportion of BRANCHEZ-VOUS! sales on Astral Media sites has decreased for the past year and was below 25% in the first quarter of 2007. The end of this agreement does not affect the viability, the sales growth, nor the profitability of operations of BRANCHEZ-VOUS!, which signed representation agreements with various independent sites, including LeDevoir.com and JustForLaughs.ca, in recent months.
