BRANCHEZ-VOUS! appoints Me Martine Guimond to its Board of Directors
Montréal, June 19, 2007 -- Montreal, June 19, 2007 - At its Annual Shareholders' Meeting which was held yesterday, BRANCHEZ-VOUS! (TSX Venture: BZV) appointed Me Martine Guimond to the Corporation's Board of Directors. Me Guimond will be a member of the Nominating, Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee of the Corporation. She also has been appointed as Secretary of the Corporation.A partner at the law firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, Me Guimond specializes in corporate finance with an emphasis on securities and mergers and acquisitions. Me Guimond is chair of the Regulatory Committee of the Quebec Investment Funds Council, Quebec's division of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada, and a member of the Nominating Committee of the Financial Women's Association of Quebec. She holds a bachelor of science and a bachelor of laws from the University of Montréal. She is a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1997.
