(TSX Venture : BZV) appointed its Chief Financial Officer, Robert Larocque, on its board of directors to fill a vacancy on its Board of directors until the next shareholders. meeting. Robert Larocque has been Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation since October, 2001. He made a major contribution to the turnaround of the Company.Robert Larocque teaches Accounting and Management Techniques at the Administration Departement of the Cégep de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. On the BZV board, he replaces André Bisson, who has resigned recently.
