BRANCHEZ-VOUS! further reduces losses and gets closer to breakeven

For the fourth quarter 2001, ending December 31, net losses were $98,969 (or 0.4 cents per share). This compares to a net loss of $137,174 for the third quarter (or 0.5 cents per share) and a net loss of $464,537 for the fourth quarter 2000 (or 2 cents per share). Relative to the same period last year, net losses were reduced by 79%.

"We continue to see the positive effects of our cost reduction initiatives", explained Patrick Pierra, CEO of BRANCHEZ-VOUS!. "We remain confident that operations will hit breakeven by summer".

In the fourth quarter, consolidated revenues were $324,880, an increase of 9% over the third quarter ($298,259) and an increase of 15% over the fourth quarter of 2000 ($281,747).

Unaudited figures for the year for BRANCHEZ-VOUS! show that revenues increased 27% (from $978,608 in 2000 to $1,242,766 in 2001) and net losses dropped 53% (from $1,506,133 in 2000 to $704,209 in 2001), to 3 cents from 6 cents on a per share basis.

As of December 31 2001, cash and equivalents stood at $110,588, a higher figure than expected losses before reaching breakeven point.
