BRANCHEZ-VOUS! continued to see growth in Third Quarter 2001

This represents a 36% reduction over costs of the third quarter, 2000.The company had a net loss for the quarter of $137,174, or half a cent per share, compared to a net loss of $384,090, or 1.5 cents per share, in the third quarter of 2000.For the first nine months of 2001, revenues from operations totaled $914,178. The net loss for this period totaled $633,436 representing 2.5 cents per share.CEO Patrick Pierra notes that "third quarter results, which include the months of July and August where Internet usage and advertising sales are at seasonal lows, are encouraging. We are on our way to reaching our goal of surpassing the breakeven point. The dramatic reduction of our fixed and operating cost with a continued, albeit reduced growth rate, will allow us to reach equilibrium at latest by the end of the second quarter of 2002."During the third quarter, 2001 BRANCHEZ-VOUS! Inc. continued to add to the number of sites it represents for advertising sales. Several major additions include Astro.qc.ca, ChezMaya and Petit Monde. E-commerce subsidiary MicroSon, which specializes in the sale of IT related products, has begun to de-emphasize the sale of software and PC games to concentrate on higher volume and higher margin sales.
