Montréal, June 15, 2005 - - BRANCHEZ-VOUS! inc. (TSX Venture: BZV) welcomes two new members on its Board of directors, following its annual general meeting held yesterday in Montreal. Mr. André Bisson and Mr. Philippe Brillant have both been newly elected on the board of the Corporation.

André Bisson, O.C., is currently Chairman of the Board of the Center for Interuniversity Research and Analysis on Organizations (CIRANO). Philippe Brillant is currently Chief accountant, financial resources, of the Bibliothèque Nationale du Québec. Both Mr. Bisson and Mr. Brillant are investors in BRANCHEZ-VOUS! and previously served as directors.

André Bisson has further been elected Chairman of the Board of BRANCHEZ-VOUS! yesterday. He succeeds Harold Sharon, who remains on the Board. André Bisson had already been Chairman of the Board of BRANCHEZ-VOUS! from 2002 to 2004.

Three of the previous board members, Mr. Bruno Gautier, Mr. Robert Larocque and Mr. Nicholas Powell, did not seek reelection. The Board thanks them warmly for their important contribution to the corporation. In other respects, Mr. Robert Larocque will continue serving the corporation as Chief financial officer. Mr. Jean Sanche, Mr. Harold Sharon and Mr. Patrick Pierra all remain on the board, which is now composed of five members.
